Architects are visual people, are you?
So what if you could see an over view of your practice (or agency for the europeans, or studio for the hipsters)
Architects would be able to see the patterns, the untapped resources, the billing opportunities, the clouds on the horizon.
So who cares about Kanban. What is Kanban? So that's the name they give to being able to visually see a process. Super useful and the people at Toyota who developed it very happy. They have made some of the most reliable cars in the world all credited to their teams using Kanban.
If you and your team could do with a Kanban view of your practice, what would that look like? What would it tell you?
It would tell you which projects you can finish ahead of time.
Finish that project before it changes. Then bill for it!
We started doing this and changed everything, you can then bill for the changes or at least control the situation.
How many times are you caught doing things that change? changes on changes. Then there is a drama with the information. The client does not realise the changes create a small chaos, do they care?
To get ahead and get paid better and faster, you need a tool.
To find out subscribe to the launch invite. Exciting!
